Publication Fee
Based on the results of the editorial meeting, Jurnal Sains Psikologi has established the following fee structure to support wide-open access dissemination of research results, manuscript handling and editing costs, and general journal management and publication expenses.
Author Fees
Article Submission Fee
IDR 0 - Authors are not required to pay any submission fee when submitting their manuscripts.
Fast-Track Review Service
IDR 600,000 - Authors may request expedited review processing for an additional fee. The review, editorial decision, and author notification are guaranteed to take place within 8 weeks.
Important Note: Fast-track processing does not guarantee or increase the chances of acceptance of the article. Please contact the editor to request this service.
Article Publication Fee
IDR 1,000,000 (approximately USD 110) - If the paper is accepted for publication, authors will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover publication costs.
Effective Date: Starting February 1st, 2024, JSP applies this fee for each manuscript accepted for publication.
International Collaboration Exemption: The Article Publication Fee does not apply for manuscripts with authors from two different countries or more.
Fee Policies
Waiver Policy
If you do not have funds to pay the publication fee, you have the opportunity to request a waiver. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy research. Authors should declare their waiver request in the "Comments to the Editor" box during manuscript submission.
Refund Policy
- The article publication fee is not refundable under any circumstance
- Fast-track review fees are not refundable regardless of the review outcome
- Authors may withdraw their manuscript before the review process is completed
- Withdrawal is not allowed after the manuscript has been processed for publication
