Review Process

The submitted manuscript is first reviewed by the editors. The manuscript must be free from plagiarized content, with a maximum similarity limit and AI detection of 20%. The editorial team will evaluate whether the manuscript fits the journal's focus and scope and check for any major methodological flaws.

Every submitted paper will be reviewed by at least two peer-reviewers. The journal employs a double-blind peer-review process, where both the reviewers and the authors are kept anonymous from each other. The reviewing process considers novelty, objectivity, methodology, scientific impact, conclusions, and references.

The standard review process until a decision is made typically takes up to 8 weeks. Reviewers' comments are then sent to the corresponding author for necessary revisions and responses. The suggested decision from the reviewers will be evaluated in an editorial board meeting. Finally, the editor will send the final decision to the corresponding author.

Fast Track Service

For authors who require a more expedited review, we offer an optional Fast Track Service. This service ensures a significantly faster review process, with results provided within 7 working days and a goal to complete the entire review-to-LoA (Letter of Acceptance) process within 6-8 weeks.

A Fast Track Service Fee of IDR 600,000 applies, which is exclusive of the Article Processing Charge (APC). Please note that choosing the Fast Track option does not guarantee acceptance; the final decision is still contingent upon the manuscript's quality and the authors' revisions in response to reviewer feedback.

Flow for Fast Track Submission:

1.  Ensure the manuscript aligns with the journal's Focus & Scope and complies with the Author Guidelines.
2.  Submit the manuscript through the OJS system.
3.  After submission, contact the Editorial Contact Person (CP) to notify them of your submission ID and your interest in the Fast Track Service.
4.  The editor will conduct an initial review. If the manuscript meets the basic requirements, the author will be instructed to pay the Fast Track fee.
5.  Upon payment confirmation, the manuscript will enter the Fast Track review procedure.
6.  The review results will be sent to the author within 7 working days.
7.  The author must then perform revisions based on the reviewers' feedback.
8.  The LoA will be issued after the article is deemed acceptable for publication. The timing of the LoA is highly dependent on the speed and completeness of the author's revisions.
